The first episode of the PERISCOPE Project’s Monthly Talks is out now. In this first conversation, Professor Paolo Giudici, one of the project coordinators, shares his views on how data analytics can help understand the effects of the pandemic of COVID-19.
The episode is produced by the European Patients Forum, one of the members of the consortium of 32 partners that will implement the PERISCOPE Project, of which the FEAM is also part.
Regarding the first guest, Paolo Giudici is Professor of Statistics at the University of Pavia, financial data scientist and coordinator of another European project, FINTECH Risk Management.

About the project:
PERISCOPE project was launched in late 2020 and investigates the broad socio-economic and behavioural impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to make Europe more resilient and prepared for future large-scale risks. This Horizon 2020 programme was launched in November 2020 and will run for three years.
